1. In a medium bowl, add the mustard, vinegar, Worcestershire sauce, honey, garlic powder, onion powder, minced garlic, rosemary, thyme, butter, salt, and pepper. Stir the mixture until the ingredients are well combined.

2. Rub the rabbit with the butter mixture, put it on a baking tray, and refrigerate for 2 hours.

3. Preheat the oven to 400°F. Place the vegetables around the rabbit and pour on the wine. Sprinkle the rabbit with salt and pepper, and cover the baking tray with aluminum foil.

4. Bake the rabbit for 1 hour, or until the meat is falling apart. Remove the foil and bake for an extra 10 to 15 minutes. Serve and enjoy!
